I’m currently working with an established engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Croydon. This is a key hire for the business, offering the opportunity to work closely with the office lead and play a major role in developing a relatively new but expanding office.
The position focuses on rail infrastructure projects, where you’ll take a lead role in delivering work across a range of schemes. You’ll effectively act as the right-hand person to the office lead, supporting project delivery, mentoring engineers, and helping to grow the local team as the office continues to expand.
They are particularly keen to speak with engineers who are ideally CRE qualified, within the rail sector, and who are comfortable taking ownership of technical delivery while supporting team development.
