Revit Technician & Coordinator (Revit & BIM)

A leading building services consultancy is seeking a Revit Technician & Coordinator (Revit & BIM) to join their dynamic and innovative team. This role plays a key part in delivering creative, sustainable, and technically advanced design solutions across a wide range of projects.
Reporting to the BIM Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary design teams, contributing to the production of high-quality, coordinated BIM outputs from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate, high-quality model geometry and technical documentation across all project stages.
- Collaborate daily with design teams and coordinate with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Interpret project requirements and tailor outputs to meet specific objectives.
- Ensure BIM Level 2 compliance, including management of COBie data and information models.
- Assist in developing BIM Execution Plans and defining modelling objectives and deliverables.
- Produce visual content, including renders, for inclusion in reports and best-practice documentation.
- Support the training and development of engineering colleagues in Revit.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Background in construction and/or the renewables sector.
- Technically competent with strong spatial awareness and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and contribute to efficient project delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Working towards or already holding chartered status in an engineering discipline is desirable.
