Job Description My Client is looking for a Regional Quality Assurance Manager across 7Sites In London & Berkshire. Working in the office and visiting each Site twice a month., Ideally someone from an on site background. Roles & Responsibilities: Developing QA Policies and Procedures: Establishing and implementing QA policies, procedures, and standards that align with company best practices. Quality Planning: Developing quality plans for construction projects, including defining quality criteria, inspection and testing protocols, and quality assurance checkpoints. Quality Control: Overseeing the execution of quality control processes throughout the construction project lifecycle, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications. Evaluating and selecting reliable vendors and suppliers of construction materials and equipment to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Risk Management: Identifying potential quality risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as conducting risk assessments, implementing preventive measures, and addressing issues promptly.
