An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team supporting a portfolio of high-profile sites across Northern Ireland. The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of refrigeration and HVAC systems while ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across commercial refrigeration plant
- Working on refrigeration pack systems and associated controls
- Completing minor installations, alterations and remedial works
- Responding to service requests and breakdowns efficiently
- Managing maintenance documentation and asset records
- Liaising with helpdesk teams, clients and subcontractors
- Supporting surveys and identifying equipment requiring replacement or upgrades
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration / Air Conditioning
- F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079)
- Experience working within commercial refrigeration environments
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable
- IPAF
- CAFM system experience
- Experience working across multi-site portfolios
