Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to welcome a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to our expanding commercial team. About Us: We are a well-established Main Contractor specialising in traditional build housing market within the housing sector. With a strong presence across Kent and South London, our reputation is built on delivering high-quality work with a customer-first approach. The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of planned maintenance projects, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget. The role will be a mix of office-based work (Kent) and regular site visits across Northamptonshire.
