£35,530 per annum | Permanent | Full Time | Company Van
Our client is looking for an experienced Groundworker to join their busy Repairs & Maintenance team covering Southwest London.
This is a permanent position offering £35,530 per annum, a company van, fuel card, uniform, PPE and excellent benefits.
You will carry out groundworks and external property repairs across residential properties, including:
Drainage repairs and renewals
Fencing
Brickwork and pointing
Concrete works
Slabbing, paving and flagging
Tarmac patching
Manhole repairs
General groundwork and property maintenance
High-pressure drain jetting – full training provided
You will work across areas including Sutton, Croydon, Battersea, Wandsworth, Merton, Guildford and Redhill.
We are looking for a skilled Groundworker / Multi Skilled Groundworker / Maintenance Groundworker with experience in several of the above areas.
Experience within social housing, residential repairs, responsive maintenance or property maintenance would be advantageous. xgikmsk
You must have:
Good practical groundwork experience
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A professional and reliable approach
A full UK driving licence
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | 40 hours per week
£35,530 salary
