We’re looking for an experienced Project Surveyor to join a growing team within a leading UK property services organisation. This is a great opportunity to play a key role delivering high-quality responsive maintenance services for social housing clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead surveying activities across responsive maintenance projects.
  • Manage and mentor a small team to ensure works are on time, on budget, and high quality.
  • Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Surveyor in the social housing sector, ideally with responsive maintenance exposure.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of building maintenance processes.
  • Effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable.
