Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to carry out maintenance and repairs in occupied and void social housing properties throughout Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growing team making a real difference in local communities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct plumbing repairs and installations in domestic social housing properties.
- Carry out responsive maintenance and planned works.
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with tenants and maintain a respectful working environment in their homes.
- Complete job sheets and documentation accurately via handheld devices.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic plumbing.
- Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
