Working for a reputable housing associations with over 15 contracts in London alone, affiliated with many local councils and main contractors working alongside them helping to build a better community. Plasterer Role KT Postcodes ONLY Up to £44k per annum 8-5, Mon – Fri Van and Fuel Card provided! Your day to day would look like as a Plasterer: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Qualifications needed for the Plasterer role: NVQ/City and Guilds (preferred) – if no qualifications you will be enroled into a days NVQ course.
