Site Manager (Bricklaying Background) - Pinner, Middlesex £60,000 - £70,000 + Package A respected regional house builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong bricklaying background to join their team on an exciting development in Pinner. Working under an experienced Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a 29-unit residential scheme, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Role Oversee the construction of 29 new homes from superstructure through to completion. Manage subcontractors, trades, and site labour. Maintain exceptional health & safety standards. Drive build quality and ensure NHBC compliance throughout the project. Coordinate site logistics and short-term programming. Conduct inspections and quality checks at key stages. Manage customer care considerations and ensure a smooth handover process. Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to achieve programme milestones. About You Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering residential developments for a house builder. Strong trade background in bricklaying with an excellent understanding of traditional build methods. Proven track record of driving quality and programme performance. NHBC standards knowledge. Excellent leadership and communication skills. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified. Ambitious, hands-on and capable of leading from the front.
