Freelance (Temp-to-Perm) Number 1 Site Manager - Timber Frame New Build - Stonecross, East Sussex

We are seeking a proven Number 1 Site Manager to take full ownership of a new-build timber frame residential scheme based near Stonecross, East Sussex. This is a freelance role with the strong potential to go temp-to-perm, ideal for someone who can step in immediately and drive the project from day one.

The Role

As the lead on site, you will be responsible for the entire build programme, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity remain at the highest standard. You will also manage and mentor the Assistant Site Manager, providing clear direction and maintaining a well-organised, efficient site.
