Void Painter and Decorator needed in South West London Details on the role Role: Painter and Decorator/Multi Contract: Permanent Rate : £35-37k Location: South West London Working Hours per Week: 40 Hours Start Date: ASAP My client is currently looking for a Painter and Decorator/Multi Trader to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit Painters/Multi Traders on their behalf to interview and start immediately. This role is based in and around the South West London area. Day to day work will consist of you going into void social housing properties and you will be doing reactive maintenance roles within these social housing properties. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.
