  • Converted Permanent Salary: £42,500 – £58,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) + benefits upon conversion.

THE SCALE

Managing multi-measure energy efficiency upgrades (Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, high-performance ventilation, insulation, and window/door replacements) in occupied residential properties.

LOCATION & WORKING PATTERN

  • Daily Routine: You will check in at the Swindon office each morning for team alignment, spend the majority of your day out on-site managing trades across the local area, and return for a daily check-out at the end of the shift.
  • Travel: Site visits will span across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, capped within a maximum ~1 hour radius. Swindon and Oxford commuting is expected.

THE MISSION (On-Site Delivery & Quality)

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all retrofit measures are installed safely, on time, and strictly to technical specifications, while maintaining an excellent relationship with residents in live, occupied homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Oversee the daily progress of multi-trade teams and specialist subcontractors executing fabric and renewable energy installations.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict on-site H&S processes, conduct inductions, manage scaffolding logistics, and ensure compliance with CDM and RAMS regulations.

  • Live Home Awareness: Proven ability to manage the logistics of working in occupied properties (managing scaffolding, site tidiness, and resident communication).
  • Admin & IT Literacy: Confident keeping clean site records and inputting data into standard Excel trackers.
  • Mobility: A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are mandatory for travel across the site patch.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
