Sales Advisor – New Build Homes

Location: GU6, Surrey

Type: Full-time | Weekend working required

We are working with a new-build housing developer on an exciting residential development in the GU6 area, and we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced new-homes sales professional — or a strong property/sales person looking to move into residential development — to play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.

The Role

  • Managing the on-site sales suite and show homes
  • Guiding customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to exchange
  • Building strong relationships with buyers, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and CRM data
  • Ensuring the presentation of the sales office and show homes is always to a high standard
  • Supporting customers through the reservation and after-sales process

About You

  • Previous experience in new build home sales is preferred (but not essential for the right candidate)
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Confident, professional, and well-presented
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu)
  • IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
