This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £37,000 per year. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in refurbishments and social housing works, who can start immediately. WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME? Fitting and refurbishing wet rooms to a high standard Carrying out a variety of trades, including plumbing, carpentry, and tiling Completing snagging and other repair tasks as needed Assisting with the delivery of materials and working effectively as part of a team Maintaining a professional, reliable, and hard-working attitude WHAT WILL I NEED?
