Work Pattern: Monday - Friday

Salary: £48,000+ (dependent on experience) w/ benefits

Our market leading client is eagerly looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to aid run a single man site within a luxurious corporate commercial office building located in St. Paul right in the heart of London with excellent transport links for anyone living around the London area. The work pattern will consist of Monday - Friday with the work hours having a level of flexibility depending on the candidates requirements, i.e. 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm. There is also an abundance of overtime available for engineers looking to boost their income.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM's and Reactive works
  • Respond to customer requests in line with agreed service levels.
  • Provide maintenance services to meet required standards and specifications.
  • Participate in shift operations and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Act as Performing Authority for Permit Control and a competent person for risk assessments.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU's, AHU's, FCU's.
  • Monitor critical infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Minimise downtime by resolving electrical faults efficiently.
  • Assist in small new installation projects and minor repairs.
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records in the CMMS system.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in City & Guilds Electrical Installation.
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Experience working as an Engineer within a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and willing to work occasional overtime.
