About the Role
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer to join a high-profile site in the prestigious West End of London, covering both residential and commercial premises. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent communication are key.
You\’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems, ensuring the highest standards of service in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Work across HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and general building services.
- Engage directly with clients and residents, providing a responsive and courteous service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Experience working in prestigious or high-end environments, ideally with both residential and commercial exposure.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
