This is a client-facing role where professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent communication are key. You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems, ensuring the highest standards of service in a premium environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical systems. Work across HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and general building services. Engage directly with clients and residents, providing a responsive and courteous service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Requirements: Recognised qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Experience working in prestigious or high-end environments, ideally with both residential and commercial exposure. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
