Mobile FM Supervisor – London Portfolio Location: London (Mobile Role – Zones 1–2) Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + paid travel (Zones 1–2) + benefits Tools & Equipment: Fully provided Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Sector: Facilities Management / Commercial Property About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mobile FM Supervisor to oversee the delivery of building services across a portfolio of 27 commercial sites throughout London. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 6 mobile engineers, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for team development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of 6 mobile engineers across the London portfolio Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across 27 sites Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and ensure statutory obligations are met Act as the first point of contact for client queries and escalations Coordinate subcontractor activity and ensure service delivery meets SLAs Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of engineering staff Monitor performance, manage workloads, and support continuous improvement Ensure accurate reporting via CAFM systems and maintain site documentation Promote health & safety best practices across all locations Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management Strong technical background in building services (electrical or mechanical bias preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Full UK driving licence (company vehicle or travel allowance provided) Familiarity with CAFM systems and compliance protocols Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively What’s Included: Salary up to £55,000 DOE Paid travel within Zones 1–2 All tools and equipment provided Company benefits package Opportunities for training and career progression This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with real scope and variety.
