The company: This civil engineering contractor operates in the capacity of principal contractor and subcontractor across the South East for circa 150 different clients delivering fast-track projects and longer term schemes (5,000 - 5 million in value).
The role: As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in this business you will be responsible for managing anything from 2-10 schemes concurrently and 2-3 of your own key accounts. Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Creating cost estimates from schedules and preparing tender documents.
- Contract oversight.
- Final accounting.
- Payment applications.
- Agreement and settlement of accounts.
- Monthly reporting.

- Qualified to HNC standard or above in construction.
- Driver's licence is essential as you will be visiting projects and clients.
