Operations Manager – Facade Remediation & Cladding Projects Manchester Based | Covering the North West £90,000 - £100,000 + Excellent Package Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a growing portfolio of façade remediation and remedial works projects across the North West Our client is a specialist contractor delivering high-profile façade remediation, fire safety, cladding replacement, external refurbishment and building envelope projects throughout the region. Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of work, they are seeking a commercially aware and operationally focused Operations Manager to lead multiple live schemes and drive project performance. The Role Reporting directly to the Directors, you will oversee a portfolio of façade remediation projects from pre-construction through to successful handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple façade remediation and remedial works projects across the North West. Leading and supporting Contracts Managers, Project Managers and Site Teams. Driving programme performance, quality, health & safety and client satisfaction. Monitoring project profitability and commercial performance. Working closely with clients, consultants, housing associations and main contractors. Supporting pre-construction activities and tender reviews. Managing resource allocation across projects. Identifying and mitigating project risks. Ensuring compliance with current building safety and regulatory requirements. About You Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Senior Contracts Manager or Regional Manager position. Strong background in façade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety works, external refurbishment or building envelope projects. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Commercially astute with a track record of delivering profitable projects. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams simultaneously. Strong understanding of health & safety and quality management. Full UK Driving Licence.
