A leading main contractor operating across the London and South East property services and regeneration market is looking to appoint an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.
This is a senior commercial position offering the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value refurbishment, fa ade remediation and regeneration projects, whilst providing commercial leadership to a wider team.
The Opportunity You will take responsibility for the commercial performance of a number of projects, working closely with operational teams, senior management and clients to maximise profitability, manage risk and ensure strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
You ll also have responsibility for direct reports, including a trainee, providing leadership, mentoring and support while helping to develop the wider commercial team.
