Assistant Site Managers: £50,000 + Package

Site Managers: £70,000 + Package

Our client is a well-established Residential Development business delivering high-profile new build schemes across London and the Southeast. They have a number of remediation and fire safety projects across their new build portfolio. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to support the delivery of major remedial schemes including:

  • Fire stopping works
  • Recladding works on buildings up to 25 storeys
  • External wall remediation
  • Façade and envelope upgrades

The successful candidates will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing subcontractors and site activities
  • Managing health & safety compliance on site
  • Coordinating remedial and cladding packages
  • Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and residents where required
  • Supporting project reporting and progress updates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience delivering remediation, fire stopping, or recladding projects
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
  • SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work across multiple London-based sites
