About the Company

My Client are a specialist construction company delivering facade remediation and fire safety projects to occupied residential buildings across London, Kent, and East Anglia. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and professional Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on either a temporary or permanent basis.

The Role

As Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery of facade remediation works. You will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with residents while ensuring clear communication throughout the construction process. This is a London-based role with regular travel to project sites in Kent and East Anglia. Travel from the office to site will be fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Provide clear communication regarding upcoming works, access requirements, and project updates
  • Manage resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Carry out resident consultations, meetings, and door-knocking where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within construction, social housing, refurbishment, or facade remediation projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Willingness to travel to sites across Kent and East Anglia
