I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a well-established FM team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and the Home Counties. This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber who is looking for a stable, long-term position with plenty of variety.
The Role
- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
- Domestic hot and cold-water systems
- Toilets, taps, valves, sanitaryware and associated plumbing
- Blockages and minor leaks
- Pumps and basic mechanical plant
- Minor mechanical repairs and maintenance
- General PPM and reactive works
- Liaising with clients and site teams
- Completing maintenance records and job reports
The Person
- Strong commercial plumbing experience
- Experience working within an FM environment
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Full UK driving licence
- A professional approach and good customer service skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing
- G3 Qualification would be beneficial
£43,000 – £45,000 depending on experience. Company van & fuel card provided.
