We are working with one of the nation's leading Social Housing contractors and are recruiting an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join their team based in West London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Technical Compliance Team, NICEIC, SHE, managers, and clients.
  • Carry out risk assessments for electrical works and staff.
  • Verify electricians' inspection and testing results (electronic or paper) in a timely manner to prevent delays and maintain due care.
  • Register as a Qualifying Supervisor, completing all assessments required by NICEIC, including NICEIC Skills.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience supervising a team of electricians, including developing and training apprentices.
  • Knowledge of installations, repair, inspection, and testing of electrical installations with the ability to complete appropriate Electrical Certificates or Electrical Condition Reports.
  • Full electrical qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Test & Inspect, 18th Edition, and NICEIC.
  • Previous experience as a NICEIC approved Electrical QS.
