Construction Manager in London

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality commercial fit-out project in London. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for site management, programme delivery, health & safety, and coordination of subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations for a commercial fit-out project
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and welfare on site
Liaise with the client, design team, and project managers
Monitor quality control and manage snagging through to handover
Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management
Ensure compliance with UK construction regulations and company procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Manager on commercial fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and finishes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight programmes
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
London project experience preferred
