An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chiller Engineer to join a leading FM/building services company covering prestigious commercial contracts across London and the surrounding counties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to join a growing and well-established team.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and reactive repairs across a range of chiller and HVAC systems within commercial environments. Key duties include:
- Service and maintenance of chillers and associated HVAC plant
- Fault finding and reactive breakdown response
- Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and cooling systems
- Completing PPMs in line with compliance standards
- Supporting clients across multiple commercial sites
- Updating works via CAFM systems and service reports
Requirements:
- Strong experience working on chiller systems
- F-Gas qualification essential
- Experience within commercial building services / FM
- Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability
- Full UK Driving Licence
