We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning (AC) Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised professional to oversee a diverse range of commercial projects across multiple sectors.

The Role

As an AC Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of air conditioning and HVAC installations from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting site visits and client meetings.
  • Managing project documentation and reporting.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring works are completed to specification and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems.
  • Experience delivering projects within healthcare, leisure, hospitality, or commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
