We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a fantastic Facilities Management business, working on a high-profile data centre site in Chiswick. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded company that genuinely invests in its people, offering the successful candidate a clear route into a long-term permanent position.
The Role
- As Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of FM services across the site, ensuring excellent operational performance and maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
- Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day FM service delivery across the data centre.
- Leading and supporting engineering and facilities teams.
- Managing PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and Health & Safety standards are maintained.
- Managing subcontractors and specialist contractors.
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and client requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing budgets, costs and additional works.
- Producing reports and attending client meetings.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
- Ensuring the site is maintained to a consistently high standard.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Account Manager / Contract Manager within FM.
- Strong hard FM / M&E background.
- Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
- Experience within a data centre or critical environment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
