We are urgently recruiting a contract Quantity Surveyor / NSR Biller to take immediate commercial control of a high-volume reactive maintenance framework across Leeds University Campus. This role is a direct replacement for an external consultant. We need an assertive professional who can hit the ground running, scrutinise contractor claims, and confidently apply NSR task codes to fast-moving day-to-day building maintenance works.
