Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and ambitious Site Manager to play a key role on a large-scale housing development in Lakenheath, Suffolk. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a phase of this flagship residential scheme, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards and within budget. Key Responsibilities Managing subcontractors and site teams on a busy housing development. Driving health & safety standards across the site. Ensuring build quality meets company and NHBC requirements. Monitoring programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved. Coordinating materials, labour and plant requirements. Conducting site inspections and quality checks. Managing customer care and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Producing site reports and attending progress meetings. Working closely with commercial, technical and sales departments. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential housing sector. Track record delivering traditional build housing developments. Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to drive programme whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards. Experience working for a volume house builder would be highly advantageous.
