We\’re currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Repai rs Joinerto join a busy maintenance team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
- Diagnose and fix a range of joinery-related issues, including doors, windows, skirting, flooring, and kitchens
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and work well as part of a wider maintenance team
Requirements
- Proven experience working within social housing or domestic repairs
- Full UK driving licence (vehicle may be provided depending on the contract)
- Own tools and PPE preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
