Project Manager - Facade Remediation
Salford | £75,000 All-In Package
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in facade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety upgrades, or external envelope projects
We are working with a specialist contractor delivering a £10 million facade remediation scheme in Salford and are looking to appoint a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the project from site through to completion.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this high-profile remediation scheme, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all site operations on a £10m facade remediation project
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client teams
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements
- Driving programme performance and resolving site challenges
- Managing project costs and reporting on progress
- Leading site meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing quality inspections and snag-free handovers
- Ensuring works comply with current fire safety and building regulations
About You
- Proven experience delivering facade remediation, cladding, external envelope, or major refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of remediation and fire safety works
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain programme delivery
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
- Stable employment history with a recognised contractor
