Core responsibilities will typically include:

• Support Estimating Team with site surveys, technical drawings / specs & technical support.

• Lead Technical Designer producing all construction drawings for onsite trades.

• Produce detailed custom furniture, door & lighting schedules.

• Visit site as required (approx. once per week) & produce any drawing revisions.

• Liaise with Building Control to ensure drawings compliant with building regs & H&S.

• Communicate with suppliers / manufacturers on technical queries.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Relevant work experience as a Technical Designer in a commercial setting.

• Technical Design / Architecture Degree (or equivalent) / or related subject.

• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Control, Compliance, Fire Regulations.

• Highly proficient producing construction drawings.

• Previous experience of conducting site surveys.

• Highly proficient using CAD & Revit.

• Excellent communication with a high degree of detail.

• Outstanding organisation skills, used to working with clients.
