Head of Sustainability – London I am currently working with an International Building Services consultancy that is looking to appoint a Head of Sustainability and lead their team based in London. They are renowned for delivering prestigious projects to the highest standard, both in the UK and Overseas and have won several awards alongside their brilliant reputation. My client has built and developed relationships with clients across a variety of sectors allowing them to deliver a wide range of projects from large mixed-use developments to sporting stadiums to one of private residences to state-of-the-art commercial schemes. Throughout all their projects, sustainability is at the forefront of design. As the Head of Sustainability , you will come from a Building Services (Mechanical and Electrical) Background and have a real passion for buildings and the environment. You will take over a team of 10 engineers at different levels and you will help develop them whilst growing the team organically. You will take the lead on all sustainability deliverables, manage resources for projects, be involved in fees and finances, and have a good understanding of areas such as BREEAM, LEED and Well etc. My client is looking for this Head of Sustainability to make a real difference and is up for the challenge of taking this team to the next level. In return, they will provide you with the backing and tools to make this position a real success whilst working on a wide variety of projects and continuing to progress your career further up their ladder.
