Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a leading property services contractor in Winchester. Take the commercial lead on a new social housing repairs and maintenance contract while mentoring junior surveyors and helping shape a growing commercial team.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Winchester, you will lead the commercial delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across a major local authority contract. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the commercial management of multiple responsive repairs and planned maintenance workstreams.
  • Producing and reviewing CVRs, cost forecasts, valuations, variations and final accounts.
  • Managing subcontract procurement, commercial risk and contractual performance.
  • Supporting and mentoring Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors within the commercial team.
  • Working alongside senior operational management to maximise profitability and drive commercial performance across Winchester.
