We are currently recruiting an experienced Painter & Decorator for an ongoing construction project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled painter with experience on construction sites, carrying out high-quality internal finishing works.
Duties
- Internal painting and decorating.
- Preparing walls, ceilings and woodwork for painting.
- Filling holes, cracks and surface imperfections.
- Carrying out snagging works to a high standard.
- Applying mastic and sealants around skirting boards, architraves, windows and other internal finishes.
- Touch-up painting and final finishing works.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Working in line with all site health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own tools (brushes, mastic gun & filler knives etc)
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator on construction sites.
- Experience with filling, snagging and mastic work.
- Own PPE.
- Ability to work independently and deliver a high-quality finish.
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
