We are seeking a reliable and professional Handy Person to carry out snagging and making good works on sites in the Hailsham area. The role will involve working in completed and occupied homes, interacting with customers, and delivering high-quality remedial works to a professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out snagging works across completed plots and occupied properties
  • Making good finishes including patch repairs, filling, sanding, decorating, and minor repairs
  • Completing remedial works following customer reports
  • Providing a professional and courteous service to customers at all times
  • Ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy after each visit
  • Managing and maintaining your own tools and materials
  • Reporting completed tasks and any issues to site management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in snagging and making good within housing or construction
  • Must be professional, presentable, and customer-focused
