This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering quality new homes while developing your career within a respected and growing business. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist with the management of subcontractors and direct labour on site Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings, specifications and company standards Support the Site Manager with health & safety compliance across the development Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging activities Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues Help coordinate plots through construction stages to successful handover Manage deliveries, logistics and site presentation Ensure NHBC standards and building regulations are adhered to at all times Support customer care and defect resolution following handovers Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation Requirements Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding Experience delivering volume housing developments Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and quality standards Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred NHBC knowledge would be advantageous What's on Offer Salary in the region of £55,000 Competitive benefits package Career progression opportunities with a leading house builder Long-term, multi-phase development providing excellent stability Supportive and professional working environment This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager seeking to further their career on a flagship development in one of Kent's most desirable growth locations.
