We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the delivery of construction projects to a high standard of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in site management, working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to ensure day-to-day site operations run smoothly.

As a Junior Site Manager, you will assist with the daily management of the project, focusing on delivering the scheme in line with key milestones and employer's requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day site management, including use of project IT systems for reporting, scheduling, and site records.
  • Support with the booking of site visits/inductions/deliveries etc.
  • Liaise with subcontractors Site Supervisors.
  • Attend progress and other meetings as necessary/directed.
  • Promote and implement a positive health & safety culture.

As part of the role, you will be expected to work in and around the location advertised, with the possibility of expanding travel to other projects and locations (Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent & London) in the future.

What they are looking for:
  • An early careers Trainee Site Manager that can grow into the role of Assistant Site Manager.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • Either recently qualified in Construction & The Built Environment or currently at college studying a relevant qualification.
  • SMSTS would be great but isn’t essential at this stage of your career.
  • Some Supervisory experience would be a big advantage.
  • UK Driver’s Licence.
  • First Aid training is preferred.
  • Someone keen to learn.
  • Good level of IT literacy.
