You would join their dynamic commercial team working on an exciting, high-profile project in the heart of London. Key Responsibilities:

  • The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be supporting the commercial team, including the Commercial Lead, Senior Quantity Surveyor, and Project Quantity Surveyor.
  • Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Helping to monitor and manage project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Reviewing tender documents and contract administration.
  • Supporting with procurement processes and subcontractor management.
  • Assisting with project cost forecasting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Learning and developing skills in contract law, risk management, and project delivery.
