We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and well-known specialist Main Contractor. You would join their dynamic commercial team working on an exciting, high-profile project in the heart of London. Key Responsibilities:
- The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be supporting the commercial team, including the Commercial Lead, Senior Quantity Surveyor, and Project Quantity Surveyor.
- Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Helping to monitor and manage project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Reviewing tender documents and contract administration.
- Supporting with procurement processes and subcontractor management.
- Assisting with project cost forecasting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Learning and developing skills in contract law, risk management, and project delivery.
