We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Gateman to join a busy construction site in Lenham. This role is crucial to maintaining site security and ensuring safe access and egress for all personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
Duties will include:
- Controlling site access and logging vehicle movements
- Signing in/out staff and visitors
- Communicating with site management and security teams
- Carrying out basic site checks
- Ensuring site rules are followed at the gate
- Maintaining a clean and safe gate area
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS card (essential)
- Previous experience as a gateman or site traffic marshal
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Own PPE
