We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Gateman to join a busy construction site in Lenham. This role is crucial to maintaining site security and ensuring safe access and egress for all personnel, vehicles, and visitors.

Duties will include:

  • Controlling site access and logging vehicle movements
  • Signing in/out staff and visitors
  • Communicating with site management and security teams
  • Carrying out basic site checks
  • Ensuring site rules are followed at the gate
  • Maintaining a clean and safe gate area

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS card (essential)
  • Previous experience as a gateman or site traffic marshal
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Own PPE
