Job Title: Gas Engineer
Job Type: Full time
Location: East Anglia
Salary: £40,000 basic salary, OTE £50,000 (overtime + call-out available)
Skilled Careers are seeking a permanent service + repair Gas Engineer to work in social housing homes in the East Anglia area. We are looking for a highly skilled Gas Engineer that has proven experience carrying out service + repairs and all qualifications necessary.
About your role:
As a service and repair Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality gas repairs in domestic properties across East Anglia. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving faults in heating systems and gas appliances, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. You will be the face of the company, interacting with tenants and ensuring they receive excellent customer service. This is a rewarding and dynamic role where you will use your expertise to make a real difference in the homes of social housing residents.
Gas engineers should have:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to Fault find, Diagnose and Repair Boiler systems in a timely manner
- At least 5 years experience in Gas engineering and repairs (particularly in social housing)
Qualifications and Certificates:
- ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Full UK Driving licence
