My client is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a £4m Cat B commercial fit-out project in South West London. This is a hands-on delivery role for a confident Project Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out and the ability to take ownership of the project from delivery through to completion in April. The Role You will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, to a high standard and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the project from current stage through to completion. * Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. * Maintain programme, ensuring key milestones and handovers are achieved. * Manage project costs, variations and commercial considerations. * Ensure all works are delivered to the required quality standards. * Coordinate with the client, consultants and project stakeholders. * Drive health & safety across the project. * Identify and resolve issues proactively. * Manage commissioning, snagging and final handover through to completion. You should be: * Experienced in commercial fit-out projects. * Confident managing projects in the region of £4m+. * Strong on programme, coordination and delivery. * Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills. * A confident communicator who can manage clients and subcontractors effectively. * Able to work under pressure and drive a project through to completion.
