Job Title: Foreman & Groundworker Gang
Location: Dartford, Kent
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: August
Rate: GBP240 per day Foreman rate and GBP180 per day Groundworkers rate

We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman and reliable Groundworker Gang for a busy site in Dartford.

The ideal gang will consist of:

  • 1 x Working Foreman (with SSSTS)

  • 2 3 x Skilled Groundworkers (confident in all aspects, including deep drainage, kerbing, slabbing, and finishing works)

Requirements:

  • All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards

  • Foreman must have SSSTS

  • Previous experience working together as a gang

  • Own tools and transport preferred

  • References required

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and working alongside the groundworks team

  • Ensuring H&S standards are upheld on site

  • Groundworks including drainage, foundations, ducting, and finishing works

  • Communicating effectively with site management
