The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

I am currently recruiting for a fabric/maintenance technician for a 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm contract in Lewisham. Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment would be advantageous.

To be suitable for this contract, you must meet the below criteria:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years fabric maintenance experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
  • Have a background in general trades, i.e., painting, carpentry, plastering.
  • Be able to quote for additional works and effectively liaise with clients.
  • Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
  • Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.

The shift and working hours are 7am-7pm, 4 on 4 off, with overtime available. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, general maintenance, changing lights, basic plumbing, flushing, making good, changing door locks, painting, cleaning plant rooms, and assisting M&E engineers.
