The Role
My client is looking for a skilled M&E Planner to take ownership of the scheduling and programming for a £130 Million M&E Defence project in Cornwall. Throughout this 2-year project, you will build detailed schedules, track critical paths, and ensure all mechanical and electrical packages align perfectly with the wider delivery milestones.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience planning and sequencing M&E packages on major construction or engineering projects.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard planning software such as Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject.
- Ability to identify risks, forecast delays, and develop robust mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Eligible for the necessary security clearances required for UK Defence sites.
