We are looking to speak with experienced Senior Civil Engineers to lead and deliver projects across highway design and drainage systems, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and delivering the design of highways and road infrastructure for major developments
  • Developing and reviewing drainage strategies, including SuDS and foul water drainage
  • Preparing and reviewing Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and drainage statements
  • Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentoring junior engineers and overseeing project delivery to the highest standards

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Chartered or near-chartered status (ICE or equivalent preferred)
  • Proven experience in highway design (including DMRB, Manual for Streets, or local authority standards)
  • Strong background in drainage design, with working knowledge of SuDS and FRAs
  • Proficient in design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and others
  • Confident communicator, problem-solver, and team player
