My client is one of the leading councils in London and are currently on the lookout for experienced carpenters to carry out reactive maintenance in the social housing sector.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Carry out responsive and planned carpentry repairs within social housing properties
  • Repair, replace, and install:
    • Internal and external doors, door frames and architraves
    • Kitchens and worktops
    • Windows and timber repairs
  • Complete first and second fix carpentry work
  • Undertake basic multi-trade tasks where required, including basic plumbing, tiling, decorating, or patch plastering
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Full UK Driver’s License
  • Social Housing Experience
  • Carpentry qualification (preferred)
